How much money are you due back?

If you accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between January 1, 2004 and January 25, 2019, you are eligible to recover a portion of the interchange fees paid to Visa and Mastercard. (US only.)

There is a $5.54 billion settlement against Visa and Mastercard from a class action settlement (Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation or “PCIF”).

The case settled years ago, but the $5.54 billion settlement became final in the summer of 2023.

Here’s even better news – you don’t have to have records of the transactions!

This is a contingency-based solution. There are no upfront fees. The agency is paid only after you are; there are no other fees or costs.
