Feature Me – Affiliate

Top Talent Agency Agrees to pay salespeople as follows:

Contest Entries (minus any percentage to an affiliate), i.e., $1,997 for the Top Talent Speaking Contest = 10%, or $197.

Publishing and Publicity Packages (minus any percentage to an affiliate), 10%.  i.e., $49,000 = $4,900.

NOTE: In lieu of monetary compensation, sales person may opt for twice the dollar value in credit toward Top Talent Agency services. This would amount to a $396 credit toward Top Talent Agency services for a $1,997 referral, and a $9,800 credit toward services for $49,000 referral.

Feature me now commissions:

Sales of $0 - $5,000 in a calendar month would have a commission percentage of 15%

Sales of $5,001 - $10,000 in a calendar month would have a commission percentage of 20%

Sales of $10,001 - $15,000 in a calendar month would have a commission percentage of 25%

Sales of $15,001 - $20,000 in a calendar month would have a commission percentage of 30%

Sales of $20,001+ in a calendar month would have a commission percentage of 35%

Sales that involve affiliates needing to be paid would reduce the commission owed to the salesperson and require individual agreements.

*In lieu of a monetary payout, affiliates may be paid double the percentage owed when applied to services that Top Talent Agency offers. Affiliates may also have one feature for their first referral and one more for every five additional clients they bring in.

All commissions are paid  by the 5th and 20th of every month, whichever is closer to the collection of the funds.
